There is a small utility called Profile Gamma Tagger that will grab the curves ouf of the card and put them into a vcgt tag in the profile.
You need to run this one under OS 9 (not classic) but then the profile will contain the graphics card curves and you can do away with the ColorBlind LUT loader. It should work for OS X as well.
