Photoshop 7 softproofing compared to Preview.

Can someone tell me if Preview has ICC matching soft-proofing (screen
views)for PDF's? The screen view of the same image saved from PS 7 doesn't
look the same , yet the same image saved out in .tif (basic) is exactly the
same.
