What RI options do you have set in your Color Settings? Try experimenting
with all four. For me, when I set it to AbsCol, the display box in "print
with preview" shows the image with some kind of color cast. If, for example,
I have AdobeRGB set as my RGB working space _and_ my RI is set to AbsCol,
then the cast color is blue, as though it would try to show the white point
of AdobeRGB in the print preview.
