Hi colorsync-users,
The softproof (on a LaCie electron22blue with a Blue Eye calibrator) from
scans for uncoated paper (offset euro) made with Linocolor Elite 6.0.9.
looks always very weakly and gray. It made no difference if the profile
setting 'Proof with media white point simulation' is activated or not. When
I open the scans in Photoshop 7 with the Proof Setup on 'Working CMYK' the
soft proof looks well.
There are no profiles for uncoated paper included by Linocolor Elite 6.0.9.
The profiles I use is Euroscale Uncoated v2.
Hopefully somebody now how to get a good softproof in Linocolor Elite.
Best regards,
Maarten van der Spek,
The Graphic Room.
