ColorLab (a free but unsupported program) from Gretag
Macbeth will allow you to define a chart (in terms of rows
and columns), take the readings in spectral form, and then
convert this spectral data into Lab or into densitometric
(status E, status T, etc.) values. It will save to a
tab-delimited file that you can import into excel if you
want to plot the data or do other calculations.
You can find it in Gretag-Macbeth's download page.
There is no way of converting Lab into densities. You need
to take either density readings directly, or spectral
readings from which you can derive anything else.
