TIFF or EPS?

i read that EPS doesnt deal with ICC profile but TIFF does. Is that true? Because i always work with Pagemaker, and enable its CM. So should i import CMYK EPS or CMKY TIFF in pagemaker for better CM result?

Will illustrator have the same problem? Or i can import Photoshop EPS in Illustrator without CM problems?
