IF you've gone through everything with Gretag , then alas, it's hard to
offer anymore info that hasn't already been covered.
If in OsX you must manually remove the dongle driver, and reinstall the
latest one.
If globally it's not seen , Os9 or X, then it could be a question of usb
chain compatibility. The i1 should always be on a powered port, never on the
keyboard side/pointers. Either a powered hub (good one with ample power
supply) or directly on the host computer. You could have device or extension
conflicts with many usb devices. Unplug all other than the Apple devices and
try to disable any and all usb drivers that could conflict. Try looking at
camera extensions, unnecessary MP3 drivers, Iomega, even application support
for usb such as Roxio Toast and Retrorespect. Of course in OsX this is much
harder to do!
