Well, there is good old Gretag KeyWizard BUT it hasn't been updated in a
long time and doesn't support the Eye-One AFAIK. So I guess that's a "no".

Of course, with the Measure Tool giving you all the raw data you could hope
to need (Spectral, XYZ, Lab), you could always import the data into an Excel
spreadsheet and compute whatever you want. Seems daunting at first (at least
for a math-challenged person like me) but it's not all that difficult once
you've done it. Using this method should be superior to your XRite since the
418's a straight densitometer and not a spectro-densitometer. In fact,
taking the Eye-One's spectral data, you could get Status T, E and just about
anything else you wanted out of it. The only thing it won't do is read with
a polarizing filter.
