Take a look at a product by Integrated Color Solutions called BasIcColor
(formerly ICC Display from Profile City). I'm not sure about the Sequel
Chroma IV support, but it adheres to your other criteria. I've had (as have
others) very good luck with ICC Display so I am excited to see what they do
with BasIcColor. I saw a beta running (in OS X.2) at Photo East in New York
this past October so maybe they've got it released by now.
