BTW - what advantage is there to a Fuji target vs the Kodak one?
If you read the ANSI IT-8.7/1 (transmissive) and IT-8.7/2
(reflective) standards you will see that IT-8 targets are designed as
an aid for producing the correct color numbers from A GIVEN DYE SET
on A GIVEN SCANNER. Each dye set (say for Ektachrome vs Kodachrome
film families) requires its own IT-8 target. Each IT-8 target
represents both the spectral characteristics and the gamut of the
corresponding dye set. And each scanner "sees" the colors
transmitted/reflected by various dye sets differently.
Therefore if you create a scanner profile with, say, an Agfachrome
target then use that profile for scanning, say, a Kodachrome slide,
then to the extent that the gamuts of these two films are different
and to the extent that the interaction between the spectral
characteristics of the scanners' bulb, the dye set and the scanner's
sensors are different, you will get erroneous results.

(Wishful thinking, of course.)
Kodak IT-8 targets are called "Q-60" targets by Kodak and may be
ordered for shipment within the United States from:
Kodak Professional Customer Service
Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, New York 14650
Tel 1-800-847-8755
The 35mm Kodachrome target is catalog number 157 5141 and costs $40.
