Thanks for that explanation, David.
Seems clear now, "even if the result is awful, the motivation was right!"
I noticed that as I was printing the "Ole Juanita Banana" calibration image
provided by Adobe on my Epson 2000P.
The top 100% yellow colour patch is greyed in all but in saturation mode.
