Reto:
This solved the problem. I did not see the HASP4 in the USB status window,
all that appeared for me was "Existing Devices", no amount of updating would
change this.
What did work was to disable "Printer Port Emulation". After this I reloaded
the Hasp4 drivers, re-started and everything worked fine. So I guess in is
important to disable printer port emulation when using the Hasp4 dongle
drivers.
