Ian
I am responding to your response to my query, which quite frankly I found
hurtful and offensive. I have read many of your tutorials and have great
respect for your work. I sent my query in an attempt to clear up a problem
that I have not been able to solve for a lengthy period of time. I am a
relataive novice in using Photoshop, but I am working hard at learning how
to use use it. It does not help to have you respond with sarcastic and
demeaning comments, and I feel you ought to give some thought to how you
respond to those who are seeking assistance. Being a psychologist and
educator, I know that people do not learn when they are belittled. I9ve
chosen some of your statements to comment on.

You were surprised that the print wasn't pink - WHY? Do you think for one

I do not know how you interpreted my 3surprise.2 I certainly was not
surprised that you were correct. I wrote this to give you credit for having
been the only person who seemed to have an answer to my 3pink2 problem. I
had posted a number of queries, both on this list and on the Epson Inkjet
Digest without having had a single response that clarified the problem.
Also, I had searched the archives without finding anything relevant. How
should I have known that you had, 3... seen it written down by many others
many times, answered on average

Was that really necessary to say with such an irritated manner?

If it was discussed as you say, I had not seen these discussions.
I do not wish to offend you. I read all of your tutorials on printing and
on Silverfast, and have found theme most helpful and vital to my
undertanding. Since I use a Mac, I did not read the tutorial I quoted from
above until a couple of days ago. My only suggestion is that you might try
to be more sensitive to other peoples feelings.

There is NOTHING wrong with the profiles, your printer, the driver, the
