The tool you used to create the profile in the first place, Photoshop's Custom CMYK, lets you choose Custom black generation by drawing a curve. It's the only tool I know of that will let you create a reasonable profile out of just primaries and secondaries.

You can control the black start, shape and end this way, but you can't really control black width. However, you can come pretty close by playing with the black limit and total ink limits.

There are profile editing tools that give more control over black generation, but they'll want a lot more measurements than Photoshop...
