Green, Blue? If yes, what are these wavelengths?
The short answer is "no". These color names are usually associated with a range of color,
not a specific wavelength. The very nature of almost all colorants (excluding
monochromatic laser light) is such that their color is produced by a broad function. The
variations in this function can lead to a single colorant producing different colors
depending on it's concentration. There is also research showing cultural differences in
the very names for colors and the regions of visual colorspace they occupy. I have one
volume that specifies 11 basic cross-cultural color names (at least I think it was
eleven), but the boundaries for these color regions vary.
A simple experiment is to examine inkjet targets from different manufacturers. All are
using cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks, but the exact colors of these inks, when
printed in pure colorant patches, vary.

There are some colorimeters designed to measure certain wavelength regions. They are
often employed in industry for simple pass/fail quality testing, such as oil color.
