I am VERY happy to see that I was missing something here.

There are times when I am quite happy to be wrong about something when what I was considering was bugging me!

When reminded by conversations/emails with a couple of people at Adobe about how InDesign 2 works I remembered being confused a little by this but finding the RGB Composite option and being able to select RGB profiles - I apparently promptly forgot how this worked.

So, InDesign 2 will proof out to RGB devices properly you just need to select RGB Composite in the "Output" part of the print dialog and then you can select an RGB profile for output purposes.

I think this may cause a little confusion but I am happy the functionality is there and now we can argue about the interface issues in another thread.

Thanks for the heads up guys...

Regards,

Steve
