If
you need to convert AbsCol from Scanner to Printer, just choosing AbsCol in
the ConvertToProfile will force an AbsCol RI from your Scanner in order to
carry it AbsCol to the Printer.

That would (a) proof the scanner space in the offset space complete with white point simulation of the film media in the offset space and (b) introduce clipping galore.

Of the rendering intent options available for manual conversion, maybe one of the more hypothetical -:).
