I've seen this with ICC Display too, using a DTP-92 colorimeter. So its not
a spectrophotometer thing. It could be to do with the frequency of the
monitor, but I'm really just guessing.
I've used both ICC display and Prove It. They both seem to do a good job.
The one thing I still don't like about Prove It is that STILL it doesn't add
the 'vcgt' tag to the profile. I just upgraded to 4.2 and it still doesn't
do it. Other than that, I like that Prove It creates full 16 bit tables and
correctly sets the white point tag. I have not been able to get ICC Display
to set the white point 'wtpt' tag to D65. It always sets it to D50 no matter
what white point you select in the interface.
