Techkon spectrophotometer

I am looking for help in configuring a Techkon SP810 spectro and Test Chart Reader on a Mac. The SP810 seems to work fine on a PC, but returns wildly inaccurate readings on any of the 3 Macs I have tried it with. I have no PC software for the TCR, and it doesn't work with the Macs either. It seems like a configuration issue, but the manuals offer little help, and Techkon has not responded to emails.
