It is, and it's quite a capable product as well which can make it
daunting and complex.

Could I get some feedback on this product from other users?
I'm a non-user of the product, so I don't have a complaint about the
product per se, but a complaint about the company that makes it, Onyx.
Small bugs they will fix in "free" dot releases so long as you have a
maintenance contract at the time the dot release is released. Big bugs
often don't get fixed until the next major version and those you have to
pay for. I had one customer who was told about a certain feature they
needed in a version of Postershop a couple of years ago, and once they
got it installed it didn't work correctly. And basically the response was
that they were working on it but didn't have a time frame for getting it
fixed. Then a new version came out and the problem was fixed in that
version. They were told to pay for the new version even though they had
been promised the functionality in the previous version.
So all I can say is I don't like the company's business practices.
