The reason it's taken me so long to respond to your e-mail is that I
can't find my pile of PDI Test images printed with the profiles that Jack
made for me. My memory says that I didn't have this problem, but maybe
Jack can comment if he still has the set of proofs I sent him.

The MPHW was profiled using NCA, and was profiled at five different print
resolution settings from 360 to 1440ppi.
