wellcome in the real PosterShop world :-)
I read your response and thank you for taking the time.
While I appreciate your up-beat view of the situation let me offer this:
Onyx should take a more serious view of documenting it's product as well
as a much more serious view of quality control.
Bugs such as not being able to set the quantity of a job in the que
until after it's ripped is either a gross oversite or a complete lack of
understanding of workflow.
It's hard for me to belive it passed any quality control inspection.
One other thing that I still have a hard time understanding:
Why can't you build a linearization curve without printing the target?
I've had many operators complain about this.
If we think there may have been an error in selecting an option during
the build, we can't just run the target we just printed back through.
We have to print it again.
I'll lose my limited composure for one second here and tell you that is
completely stupid.
Any chance of getting a fix for that in this next service pack?
