One of the solutions that clearly would be able to do cross
platform/operating system would be the Great i1 and Match software. One
instrument to do all your workstations. Also does both CRT and LCD monitors.
You can also opt for the i1 instrument that does reflective as well which
can be used with Gretag soft (Match is multi-platform) or other very capable
software adapted to your needs/desires.

There are a few more places to put your folders /docs in but it's easy
enough to learn how. The developers might not have it so simple to implement
or need for simplicity though....
