I know Toyo, but do you possible mean DIC for the other one? DIC stands for
Dainippon Ink and Chemicals.
I don't prepare files, so I can't answer your question about the profile
that ships with Adobe apps, but I can tell you that both Toyo and DIC say
that their inks and their profiles conform to the "Japan Color" standard.
