At this point it necessitates getting something like ICC Autoflow or
iQueue to totally color manage vector artwork; unless you prepare it
output ready (press ready) and prepare the layout output ready as well.
Some RIPs and workflow systems, RAMPAGE can do it and I'm pretty sure
Prinergy can too - automate the process of automatically doing solid to
process lookups with a custom table for actual press conditions. That way
no matter what application built the vector artwork, pantone specific
solid to process will come out the same; which otherwise is not
guaranteed.
