No, it is just plain wrong on this point; further propagating the myth that
changing .icm for Windows to .icc for Mac is how one adjusts profiles for

Getting the details you include correct is not quite the same as deciding
what details to include. I believe your book has a place in the market, but
as I noted previously to you, having it technically reviewed for accuracy
prior to publication would have been an important improvement, especially for
student use. The fact that it bears the logo of the Graphic Arts Technical
Foundation implies to me that its supposed to be at least moderately
technical in nature, and will be viewed as being from a definitional source,
thus compounding the confusion such errors could create.
