First the easy one - No that is not one question :-).
Assuming that you are printing CMYK data and have not enabled PS Color
Management, you can bypass color management in the ColorPASS (Fiery) by
setting CMYK Simulation = None. There are no other settings required.
Or, you can bypass color management and calibration by setting CMYK
Simulation = Match Copy.

CMYK input to the ColorPASS is not affected by the Rendering Style selection
(unless you have enabled PS color management through your app). In the
latest ColorPASS Z650, with the Fiery Graphic Arts Package there is a
setting called Paper Simulation. This setting switches between absolute
colorimetric and relative colorimetric.
If you have an older ColorPASS, you can do paper simulation via color
management on your host computer. Another great approach, which some of our
newspaper customers use, is to actually feed cut sheet newsprint media in
your CLC. I have heard of customers who use 50# cut sheet newsprint stock,
purchased from the same supplier as their webs. This way they don't get
paper simulation for their proofs, they get actual paper. This is one of the
nice things about modern color copiers that can handle a wide range of
media.
