Apple? It's not Apple that has anything to do with dongles I'm almost
positive. Sure, the software for recgonizing the dongle may be broken under
OSX but that's not Apple who has to fix the issue but the company that makes
the dongle/software.

That's pretty outrageous. Are you sure about this? I was able to get an
exchange from Moncao, no problems at all. I had a purple dongle and was able
to have them "reprogram it" for both applications and I was asked to send
back the green dongle (which seemed perfectly fair). My only expense was the
cost of a stamp!
