Which, I suppose, is news to most of us ... who may have been under some
simplistic impression that rendering intent (e.g., perceptual) handled
compression of out-of-gamut RGB into the next gamut.

Does the size of these gamuts exceed practical use of relatively severe
8bit adjustments ... i.e., should these adjustment be made with highbit
tools before minor adjustments and conversions to print space? (I happen to
work with Ektaspace RGB, which hasn't been yet mentioned)
(BTW ... and yes is the answer to the previously asked question about
"what is an 'lzw' file?" ... i.e., rename to TIF ....)
