Jaguar, ColorSync, Epson 1270

Dear List Members,

Forgive me if I am overlooking the obvious.

I recently installed Jaguar cannot find where to hook in my paper/printer profiles when printing. The options available in what appears to be an updated driver for the Epson 1270 do not let me set my profiles, and there seems to be no other place to do this.

What am I missing?
