Yes, of course. I hope I understand what you're trying to do.
In most rips for inkjets you have your source data with or without profiles
embedded. The inkjet itself better have a profile otherwise it's not going
to be reliably printing color documents on target. The inkjet profile then
is where the color managed data will be targeted to. The inkjet profile need
not be mapped to a particular CMYK space , rather the opposite is better
achieving maximum gamut is better. The proofing side is the reference
profile mapped back to the paper profile (inkjet). So if you've made
separations to SwopV2 , send it in whatever format to the rip it is first
mapped to the reference profile. If it's the same as the embedded profile or
chosen reference profile a null transform should occur>thus SWOPV2 retains
it's colorimetry intact. Then the data is run to the larger paper profile in
relative or absolute rendering simulating the reference profile.
To see what your SwopV2 data would look like in another reference profile,
simply choose a different profile, even if it's a press profile made from
non ICC savvy color management.

Rather send the data in whatever separation format is used, and re- rip it
for each color reference required. You can also do this with multiple
queues by using drag and drop between the queues or automated with folder
scripts.

We are many, that's why the rip makers have included these capabilities in
most rips out there.
