Most bond papers with a 150gr-plus weight achieve minimum curl. I currently prefer Magellan's CheapNGood (160gr).

Oce's PhotoPerfect Gloss and Satin are the lowest curl and fastest curing photobase I've seen so far. Great for poster work.
