Yeah, read the test data again.
Whenever we see quantization in a proof from a new profile it usually means
that one or two of the patches were read incorrectly. Measure the targets
again and rebuild the profile and it will probably go away. It's also faster
to go through the chore of re-reading the data than spending hours tweaking
curves and running test proofs.
