AbCol is not intended to turn the paper blue, but to color it to match
off-white press stocks, like newsprint. If you are getting blue results that
do not resemble your press paper, then you may have a UV whitened paper in
the mix, or an error in processing somewhere along the line. RelCol is fine
for proofing most situations where the press paper is not noticably different
in tone than the proofing stock.
