LUTs not reloading after boot

I'm not sure if this is the cause of the problem you're seeing, but one
difference between MacOS9 and MacOSX is that a profiling application
needs to store the LUT in the profile itself, not just load it into the
card during calibration and rely on the Display Manager to reset it at
boot time. MacOSX is more strict about enforcing storage of LUTs in
the profiles, so make sure you're really storing the LUT in a vcgt tag
in the profile. It's not a bug in MacOSX, it's that an app can't be
lazy about adding the vcgt tag anymore.
