I've always wondered about the relation if any about fluorescence and
optical brighteners. What are the effects, how does a spectro non-uv or uv
see this and what bias is the key factor to how it is seen. Do the inks
themselves filter the reflected light in a way that influences the paper
base (unprinted)?
