Quark XPress 6 will ask to locate either the installed application, or
will ask for the original serial number of the copy you are upgrading. You
will need to register Quark 6 once it's installed as well, it enforces a
mandatory registration process (ie, it dies after 4 days otherwise).

Subject: Installing Photoshop in OS X
I know this may seem a bit off topic but - without Photoshop how can
anyone
color manage? :-)
I just got a new mac (the igloo) for home, which comes with OS X. I plan
to load Photoshop. I have an original CD for version 5.5, plus I have an
upgrade CD to version 7.
My question is this: Is it likely that the installer on the Photoshop 5.5
cd will function on OSX or am I likely to get a message that the installer
can't run in the new machine (thereby causing problems to load the 7
upgrade?).
Anybody been down this road yet? (I'm wondering about XPress also in case
you have any experience to share.)
Thanks!
Greg
