left-click Start, go to Programs>Startup, right-click>delete Adobe Gamma
Loader. This is an alias, not the app. deleting it disables Adobe Gamma
loading at startup.
I don't know how you remove the control panel. if it's disabled at startup
you can use another loader like the one Profilemaker Pro installs into the
Startup directory.
