Don't have nor have I ever seen the Barbieri but I have the iCColor and love
it. If anyone from Barbieri wants to send me a unit, I'll gladly sign for it
and let you know <g>

It's very fast. I can measure the 988 patch RGB target in about 10 minutes
counting the time it takes to send all this data over from the unit to the
Mac. It's quiet! I also know it does multiple samples per patch but don't
recall the number. I use the EyeOne when traveling (although the idea of
taking the iCColor unit is starting to seem like a nice idea).

Mine doesn't have a filter and that's yet to be an issue since I'm using
ProfileMaker Pro and let it detect the UV and account for it.
