Hi Peter
Hmm
OS 10.2.4 Colorlab 2.8
I open an it8 target definition file - then do tools/IT8 to rect
- next -
convert to an image - [filter/conversion/image (append .tif on saving)]
Now open saved file in photoshop I get a COMPLETE change in appearance.
It's gone all dayglo!
[this also happens with one of the Logo lab IT8 target ref files from
the <open special> folder (which acccompanies the program download) -
made to an image and opened in PS].
Perhaps we are missing a step Peter? Surely we can't be the first to try it?
I'd like to find out more.
esp this part:-
I read in RWCM that there's a way to make a <target definition text file> or
<measurement text file> suitable for PMPro - in Logo's ColorLab.
I understand that if I use a set of testpatches with 1 pixel per patch it's
straightforward.
But I'm having trouble working out how to get Colorlab to do it
[Bruce's explanation in RWCM p223, is a bit brief]. Sounds like you know the
answer Peter - could you tell please?
Of course it's all academic until we get the lab issue sorted!
thanks
