You might also try the new ToolCrib 4.0 for OSX from X-Rite. This lets you check communications in a very easy fashion... And in a pinch you could read the target for PrintOpen into a text document via X-Key (built into ToolCrib) and import it back into PrintOpen. I haven't tested the 41 with PrintOpen with the last couple of releases of OSX but it worked before for me.
