Epson profiling

I am setting up a Stylus Photo 870 for RGB workflow and have installed the current OS X drivers. Profiles are also installed into 10.2.3.
When I go to print I can select ColorSync for color matching but have no option for selecting a profile. Not even a greyed out one! This is with all Apps.
I'm sure this is something very simple, can anyone shine any light on the matter?
