First, you are placing the EyeOne in the back of the Mac or a powered hub
right? It will not fly in a keyboard (and usually if there isn't enough
power, it will tell you).
It could be a conflict. Do you have the latest version of the software?
There were some USB issues with 10.2 which should be fixed in the newest
software.
