Eye-One USB Driver Warning Message

Hi,

I'm in need of technical assistance for Eye-One Pro. Every time I set up the Eye-One hardware on one of my systems I get the following warning message: "USB Driver not installed. Do you want to search the internet for drivers?" Then when I launch Eye-One, the software does not recognize the hardware.

The system I'm trying to calibrate is a Mac G4, OS 9.2.2. I know the USB ports are functional. I've reinstalled the Eye-One software. I have successfully calibrated several other systems with the Eye-One hardware. Has anyone seen this problem before? And what steps could I take to resolve this issue? Is it possible that there could be a USB driver conflict?

Any assistance or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
