missing profile

I have an epson photo stylus 950 and when it is set to the colorsync option I cannot get it to recognize the adobe RGB 1998 profile, the printer knows where the colorsync folder is, but it only acknowledges the BJcolor profile and three paper profiles.

Any help would be welcome, Epson technical assitance having proved fairly useless.
