If you are running PhotoShop v7 under OS X you can find the functionality of
those filters now in the Image - Mode - Assign Profile and Image - Mode -
Convert to Profile dialogs. There is a lot more there as well, much better
and more powerful now. This new menu architecture makes a lot more sense
once you get the hang of it.
Bruce Fraser has an excellent explanation of this stuff in his Real World
PhotoShop book. I would really recommend getting the version seven copy of
that book. Plenty of good new stuff there.
Best wishes,
