Few points you should be aware of:
1. Indigo press has a "Machine Lut Calibration" feature, which is namely
a linearization procedure - to compensate for the press' dot gain.
Perform this procedure for the specific screening you make the profile
for (there are four on TurboStream), before you print the target, this
will assure that you're characterising the press at known state that you
can always return to if something goes wrong. Also it is advised that
the consumables (blanket, etc) will not be too new or too old.
2. Scramble the patches if Monaco allows you to do that on the DTP41
target, if no - print several copies of the target in different
orientations on the page and average the measurements.
3. Check the print quality before you print the targets - mainly
highlights dots transfer and print uniformity on the page (which can be
affected by previously printed jobs).
4. There is a "Job Lut" control, which is used for offset dot gain
simulation and colour corrections. Make sure you're using your profiles
with the same job lut you made the profiles for.
5. Max ink on the good coated paper can be 320-340%, less for uncoated.
Good luck
Boris
P.S Which country .is stands for, anyway?:)
