I've evaluated quite a few rips so far and Best is still a funky application
that get's the job done well and reliable at the same time. The need to get
to black box adaptation of Lc, Lm is beyond the needs of most users
considering that already what should be simple CMYK linearisation is well
....not.

The curves after measurement show nice smooth transitions and from the many
many linearisations I've done in Best haven't had any problems in the
crossover points yet. It should be noted that Best develop their own
drivers, as most other good rip developers do.

Haven't yet had the chance. As Roger I'd be happy to try this one too.

Did you know that Best has a new iterative base linearisation and profiling
package that is a new way of wrapping up much of the knowledge base on
inkjet linearisation with a simplistic semi automatic UI great for Remote
proofing.
