i1 CMYK or TC 3.5 target?

Dear readers,

Which one of the above two targets should I use? I am running ProfileMaker Pro 4.1.5. The TC3.5 target has many more patches, but should that matter when I am printing through a RIP (ColorBurst) that is linearized?
