As long as your display is properly calibrated and profiled, don't touch
anything. You sRGB files will be OK as long as they are tagged as such. Once
opened in Photoshop with the sRGB profile attached, you will then have the
choice of moving forward in your workflow, either by converting to AdobeRGB
or converting to some output printing condition. As for archiving your
images, leave them in sRGB.
